How to upload customers in bulk
Step 1: Prepare your CSV file
Before uploading, create a CSV file with the required customer data. The file should include the following columns:
Email: A valid email address for each customer (required).
First name: The customer’s first name (optional but recommended for personalization).
Last name: The customer’s last name (optional).

Step 2: Access the bulk upload feature
Navigate to the Customer section.
Click on the + new customer button, which provides a dropdown with the options to either Add new customer or bulk upload.

Click Upload to begin the process.
Step 4: Validate the data
The system will validate your CSV file to identify duplicates or invalid email addresses.
