The customer list is your go-to spot for easily managing and viewing all your contacts connected to your distillery. This guide will help you navigate the list, access it effortlessly, and even filter it to find exactly what you need!
Accessing the customer list
Open the customer list
Click on the Customer tab in the left navigation to view all contacts associated with your distillery.
Each contact represents a customer who has made a purchase or been via bulk upload or added manually.
Understanding the list view
The customer list displays an organized, searchable table of all contacts. Here's a breakdown of the key columns and their details:
Name. Displays the customer’s full name. Click on the name to open detailed contact information.
Email. Shows the email address associated with the contact.
Orders. Indicates the total number of orders made by the customer. Click the order count to view specific order details.
AOV. The average order value of orders
CLV. The total value of the customer over the life of the customer.
Creation date. Display the date the customer record was created.
Last purchase date. Displays the most recent date the customer made a purchase.
Navigating the customer list
Search. Use the search bar to locate customers by name, email, or tags.
Filters. Apply filters to narrow the list by:
Order count: View customers with a specific number of purchases.
Tags: Focus on VIPs, new customers, or other tagged groups.
Date range: Filter customers based on their last purchase date.
Sort. Sort the list by clicking on column headers, such as last purchase date or Orders.
Actions menu. Select multiple contacts and access bulk actions, such as tagging, exporting, or sending emails.
Quick tips
Export data: Use the export feature to download customer data for advanced analysis or marketing purposes.
