Getting started: The 3 core steps

Here’s what you’ll accomplish to set up your store and start selling:

  1. Create your store: Add your store name and branding—no tech expertise needed.

  2. Create products: Add products, complete with descriptions, images, and pricing to showcase your offerings.

  3. Link products to your store: Assign products to your store to make them available for customers to browse and purchase.​

Log in to your account

  1. Click Log In to access your dashboard.

Step 1: Create your store

Before you can sell, you need to set up your store. This is fully configuration-based, so you don’t need technical expertise.

  1. Navigate to the Stores section in the main menu.

  2. Click + Create Store and follow the setup wizard.

    • Add your store name and URL.

  3. Configure your store with:

    • Logo and branding elements.

    • Cover images and social share images.

    • Social links to connect your store with your online presence.

  4. Introduce store policies like free shipping or first-order coupons. See Setting up your store configuration for more details.

  5. Save your changes and preview your store to ensure everything looks and works as expected.

Step 2: Build your product catalog

Add products to your catalog and configure their details to prepare them for your store.

  1. Navigate to the Products section in the main menu.

  2. Click + Create Product and follow the setup wizard.

    • Add product details like name, type, MSRP, proof, and age.

  3. Configure your product with:

    • Descriptions and tasting notes.

    • Product images and award images.

  4. Save and preview your product to ensure everything looks great.

Step 3: Link products to your store

Once you have products in your catalog, you can easily add them to your store by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Store Catalog section in the main menu.

  2. Select your store.

  3. Assign products to the store.

  4. Save your changes to ensure the product is visible in your store.

Tip: After saving, preview your store to confirm the product appears correctly and is ready for customers to browse.
