Monitoring inventory levels

Managing Inventory

The Inventory page gives you a simple, current view of what is available to sell in your store.

It is designed to answer one core question:

What products do I have available right now?

Inventory fields you’ll see

SKU

A unique identifier for each product.

This is how Mash, fulfillment partners, and internal systems track inventory accurately.

Use SKUs when:

  • Asking questions about inventory

  • Requesting restocks

  • Referencing specific products with Partner Success

Product Name

The customer-facing name of the product.

This helps you quickly identify what the SKU represents and connect inventory levels to what’s live in your store.

Available

The number of units currently available for sale.

This value represents:

  • Inventory that is in stock and ready to be sold

This value does not include:

  • Products already purchased in unshipped orders

  • Items reserved or pending fulfillment

Because of this, the Available count may be higher than what will ultimately remain once current orders ship.

Important things to know

  • Inventory updates as stock is received and shipped

  • Products with an Available value of zero will not be sellable

  • Inventory is shared across any stores where the product is listed

  • If a product is selling quickly, the Available number may change rapidly

When to contact Partner Success

Reach out through the help desk widget if you need to:

  • Confirm inventory levels

  • Request a restock or PO

  • Understand how inventory impacts a specific order or promotion
